Since 1990: I moved to Wichita Falls to attend college after graduation. I completed college, and moved back to Nocona to be with Shawn. We were then married on September 1, 1993, four years to the day that we met. We later had two beautiful children....Mason & Megan. Just as I had always prayed for....a big brother to watch over his little sister. They now seem more like twins, than being two years apart. lol Shawn and I were married for twelve and a half years. We were divorced on February 15, 2006. We both remained living in Nocona. He remarried on July 5, 2006 to Kim Buck. I relocated to Wichita Falls with our children August 2008. After 10 yrs of praying for God to send me a good man, I met Chris Martin. We were married on May 3, 2014 with a fairytale wedding and an amazing group of friends. Sadly, sometimes people put on a good show. True colors can't stay hidden, so after truly trying to make it work....I got a divorce on April 27, 2017.
Me: I still reside in Wichita Falls, but am at a point in my life where I am open for change. This was my eleventh year working in Elementary Sp. Ed. Inclusion/Aide lll. January 2017, I decided to take a different journey in Education, and became the Attendance Clerk ll.
Kids: Mason graduated in 2012, and went to MSU for Pre-med. He will be in his 2nd yr going for his Associates of Art to Major in Computer Science. Megan graduated in 2015. This was her 2nd yr at Knox University in Galesburg, Illinois. Where she is Majoring in International Relations, with a minor in Political Science and Japanese. This coming Fall & Spring, she will be studying abroad in Japan. It's a big world out there, glad they have been brave enough to go explore it!! π
Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with family & friends, hanging out at home watching movies, and riding motorcycles. I am a very active member of the WF Glory Bound Christian Motorcycle Association "CMA" Chapter. Where I am the Treasurer and sing with the Praise Team. We take part in helping at Faith Refuge, tent revivals locally, surrounding towns, and at Alfred Prison, Children's Home, Charity events, funeral escorts, and anywhere else God calls our chapter to go serve. I would like to get back into doing art, photography, making crafts and jewelry.
Gotta keep that balance in life!! π
